The purchase of our products through the Website is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Internet in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct, and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.

Acceptance of the order and completion of the contract between you and Garden Flowers will be perfected when we dispatch the products to you, at which time you will receive an email or message containing your tracking number, and confirming that your order has been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in the United Arab Emirates.

We reserve the right not to accept or fulfill your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular product, that the product ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within these Terms. Furthermore, we may refuse to process your order for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party in this respect.
4.3. Though we make every effort to make sure details on our Website are accurate, we may from time to time discover an error in the pricing of products. If we discover an error in the pricing of a product in your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to accept or fulfill an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price and reserve the right to cancel such an order that has been accepted or is in transit. If you order a product that is priced incorrectly for any reason, we will email or telephone you to inform you that we have not accepted your order and/or that the relevant part of your order has been cancelled. If you have already paid for the products, we shall refund the full amount as soon as we are able. 4.4. Garden Flowers provides the right to change the bouquet due to the perishable nature of our products, but not more than 20% of the original order.
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, MIR, and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the Website from time to time. Once the transaction is complete, the payment will be debited and cleared from your account, and you will then be redirected to the Website. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your credit/debit card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We take reasonable care to make our Website secure.
6.1. We offer free shipping within Dubai from 2,000 AED.
6.2. Please contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp if you have any problems with your order. On average, flowers should last anywhere from 3-7 days.
6.3. Remember, flowers are a perishable product; different flower varieties have different life spans and can be more delicate compared to other flower species. Aftercare is important to increase the longevity of your flowers. Should your flowers perish within 48 hours of their delivery date and we are satisfied that all care instructions provided have been followed, Garden Flowers will be happy to resend a new bunch of flowers or issue a refund.
6.4. In order to avoid flower delivery delays, please ensure that the full address details are provided as well as the telephone number for the intended recipient. Please also provide your telephone number and email address so that we can notify you of any issues we may encounter.
6.5. If you would like us to deliver to locations where a third party is involved, such as offices, hospitals, airports, and hotels, the signature of a person authorized to accept delivery on behalf of the individual or organization will be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient. In cases where we are unable to find someone to accept delivery, or make contact and rearrange delivery, or if the recipient fails to make contact in good time, we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery to that or an alternative address.
6.6. We will deliver the goods to the address provided in good faith and we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient is no longer at that address and the receiver refuses or fails to return the items.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot accept returns once dispatched. Customized goods may also be non-returnable once the customization process has begun.

8.2. Cancellation After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible due to the perishable nature of our products. Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be cancelled.

2. Modification of your order may not be possible if it has already been dispatched to our Delivery Team.
3. We start processing same day flower delivery orders within 1– 8 hours; therefore, please contact us within this time period if you wish to change your order. As we are working with fresh flower products, once your floral arrangement has been created, we will unfortunately not be able to cancel or amend the order.
4. As we deal with fresh flower products, returns of flower arrangements are unfortunately not possible except condition mentioned by in paragraph 5.
